Support pretend fetch to display URL lists

Hello,

$ emerge --pretend --fetchonly package

Shows the URL that about to be fetched.

Paludis "paludis --install --pretend --fetch package" does nothing.

This is great tool if you have compunter disconnected from the internet and you need to get a list of required files for packages.

Unlike accerso, not always a complete mirror copy is needed.

Also it would be great to have --pretend to accerso, so that a list of required files may be fetched separately.
